Tobias is the Vertical Market Manager for Data Centers in Switzerland at Siemens Smart Infrastructure. Among others, his major responsibilities are strategic account development, portfolio innovation rollout and business development in Switzerland.

Tobias holds a PhD in mechanical engineering and has a professional experience of more than 15 years across various industries and functions, thereof 5 years in the data center industry.
Siemens Smart Infrastructure is one of major players on the building and energy infrastructure market with dedicated departments to serve focus industries such as the data center industry.
The wide portfolio allows to offer modular and holistic solutions across the disciplines of integrated infrastructure management, IoT, automation & cooling, physical security, fire safety, power distribution, life cycle management and financing solutions.

Matteo Buzzetti

Matteo Buzzetti began his professional career as a designer at the C. Lotti & Associati Engineering School (2002 – 2007) for motorway and railway projects. He was technical manager for the design of the Sarajevo-Mostar and Gradisca – Banja Luka motorways and for the MOSE in Venice.

He has carried out a “Project Financing” project for training courses at the Chamber of Commerce of Rome. He joined the Salini Impregilo S.p.A. group in 2008 and worked as project coordinator for the Bujagali hydroelectric plant in Uganda, design and engineering manager for the construction of the Copenhagen (2011 – 2014) and Doha (2014 – 2017) subways. On 17.07.2017 he assumed the position of Director General of the CSC.

Aleksandar has experience in delivering advanced solutions to the critical infrastructures such as data centers and supporting the data center projects on a daily basis and delivering business excellence to the most demanding requirements.

Aleksandar is shaping ABB’s approach to data center market by following customer needs and data center market trends. Transformation of ABB market approach from product-based offering, towards application and solution-based approach to answer to customer needs. Constantly improving the organization knowledge on data centers topic, organizing, and managing trainings and workshops.

Holding a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) with a thesis on the topic “Design alternatives for the power supply system of a data center”.

Susanna Kass

Susanna Kass is a Climate Change Advocate. She is the Chief Executive and Sustainability Officer at InfraPrime, a Switzerland Net Zero startup Data Center; also, she is the Data Center Advisor on the United Nations Sustainable Development GoalsEP Program.

InfraPrime focuses on providing resilient and sustainability infrastructure offerings products for on premise net zero clean energy design with energy storage and hydrogen for Data Center. The decarbonization projects are Energy Resilient and embrace The Circular Economy to reuse waste heat, reduce emission, upcycle to regenerate agri and fuel, eliminate carbon to store in materials to achieve Carbon Neutrality sustainability net positive metrics.
As Data Center Advisor on the United Nations Sustainable Development GoalsEP Program, she represents the UN Sustainable Development team by engaging private sector leadership, academic researchers, and public institutions to jointly promote sustainable energy within the international Data Center sector and global verticals industry. Kass is one of the researchers for The Clean Energy For Biden (now named Clean Energy for America), her focus is to provide scientific based evidence for America to revamp Carbon Neutral infrastructure and to support the new enactment to the Paris Agreement.
Kass is honored as top 50 women leaders in San Francisco, a member of Climate 50 most influential towards a carbon free future as a Stanford Energy Fellow. Kass current lecturer at school of engineering at Stanford University and Cornell University Energy Systems Institute. She is a guest lecturer at The National University of Singapore. She works with the researchers at IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change), the Sustainability Institute at MIT, Columbia University, UCLA, UC Berkeley, SDSU, NMSU to foster research and cooperation.

Donata Guerrini

Donata began her career in New York, managing large-scale high-rises and Data Center construction sites in the United States, then moving on to the development of a Data Center start-up and the commercial and business development direction for a multinational engineering company.

Donata then joined Google in Europe, as a leading global strategic negotiator for Data Center and renewable energy projects, supporting Google infrastructure entry plans into new markets and expanding existing ones in the EMEA regions. During her career, she has participated as a speaker at the international conferences, addressing topics related to technological advancement, Data Centers infrastructure and sustainability. In 2021, she won the award as the most talented Italian young manager of the year, while in 2020 she received the international iMasons award, for outstanding contribution to the development of digital infrastructure.
