Country Director Poland at DATA4, responsible for supervising the current DATA4 investment project in Jawczyce/Warsaw, its commissioning in Q1 2023, follow-up construction, as well as sales and general operational activities of DATA4 in Poland.
Until April 2021 Adam was an executive on the board of ATM, currently Atman, a major Polish DC company, with responsibility for sales operations. He also worked in the B2B division of T-Mobile Poland which he joined through the acquisition of GTS Central Europe by the Deutsche Telekom Group. Before that he managed sales operations at Exatel, a major Polish telecom, and had also worked for other telecoms, including eTel and Telefonia Dialog. He started his professional career as a consultant at PTK Centertel, currently Orange. Adam has extensive experience in sales and sales management, technical support, and customer service.
Andrzej Różycki

Andrzej has over 30 years of experience in organizing service structures and managing service teams in the field of professional air conditioning, ventilation, heating and cooling systems and installations that are grounded in the quality criteria of contracts focused on results (achievement and provision of functional parameters).
Andrzej is a data center Certified Maintenance Specialist. His main titles are:
• Construction Expert in the field of Installation networks, installations and devices, with performance in the field of: ventilation, air conditioning, including precision air conditioning for server rooms and special air conditioning for clean rooms (also operating rooms in hospitals);
• Co-author of the study “Guidelines for the design, construction, commissioning and operation of ventilation and air conditioning systems for entities providing medical activities”, increasing the quality and safety in health service;
• Holder of ATS Uptime (Accredited Tier Specialist) No. 922 certificate in the field of Technical Infrastructure Service since 2015;

• Industry Expert of the Polish Association of Sanitaryware Engineers and Technicians, specializing in: ventilation, air conditioning, special installations in the field of execution;
• Member of the KT 161 Technical Committee for Indoor Air Quality operating as part of the working structures of the Polish Committee for Standardization in the scope of the 14644 series of standards – Clean rooms and related controlled environments.
His telco experience started over 20 years ago and that has influenced many business areas such as finance, network planning and deployment, R&D and infrastructure operations.
He currently is in charge of the Infrastructure and Service Maintenance for Orange Poland, defining and executing strategy for the network operations and safe transformation which include the energy usage optimization and decarbonization. Daniel got an experience in ICT managerial and professional areas: also leading complex programs & projects and helping organizations to make performance improvements, demonstrated by the several key projects as data centers building, power purchase agreement implementation, IT systems transformation and many others. Passionate about building high-performing Teams based on different culture and background to take together the business challenges.
Donata began her career in New York, managing large-scale high-rises and Data Center construction sites in the United States, then moving on to the development of a Data Center start-up and the commercial and business development direction for a multinational engineering company.
Donata then joined Google in Europe, as a leading global strategic negotiator for Data Center and renewable energy projects, supporting Google infrastructure entry plans into new markets and expanding existing ones in the EMEA regions. During her career, she has participated as a speaker at the international conferences, addressing topics related to technological advancement, Data Centers infrastructure and sustainability. In 2021, she won the award as the most talented Italian young manager of the year, while in 2020 she received the international iMasons award, for outstanding contribution to the development of digital infrastructure.
Gerard is a sales leader with an engineering background and a decade-long experience addressing data center customers’ evolving needs in the scope of power, cooling & infrastructure. Currently in the position of Head of Sales Management in Poland & Baltics at Vertiv.
Grzegorz is responsible for the construction, development and the maintenance of Data Center facilities at Netia SA – one of the largest Polish telecommunications operators, part of the Polsat Plus Group.
He has over 20 years of experience within the telecommunications industry and has been a pioneer in the development of Internet services. He has undertaken various managerial positions, such as the Technical Director at Polska Online, CTO at Polbox, and the Director of Hosting at TDCI Polska. He has been working in Netia SA since 2003, holding many positions in the areas of the IT services development, network infrastructure and the Data Center.
Currently, he is responsible for the construction, development and maintenance of the Data Center Infrastructure in Netia SA, defining and implementing the strategy for the operation of this area.
Heiko has got 12 years of experience in Business Development in several sales and key account management roles within the facility management industry in the DACH region.
In addition to classic sales tasks, his responsibilities also include consulting for the technical service solutions to various customers in the real estate and industrial sectors.
Today, Heiko is responsible for customer development at CBRE Data Center Solutions in Central and Eastern Europe. He is an expert in identifying the needs of clients and developing the appropriate service solutions in constant cooperation with the client.

Jakub Wolski is a Data Centre Strategy & Business Development Leader for One BMS EMEA (Trend, Centraline, SBC) at Honeywell, which he joined in middle of 2020. Jakub is responsible for supporting Hyperscale, CoLo and Edge customers and providers to achieve their sustainability and growth targets.
Prior to Honeywell, Jakub worked at Schneider Electric IT (SE IT) for over 14 years, holding multiple different roles from managing Data Centre engineering team responsible for the design and build of prefabricated and traditional Data Centre to Global Product Management responsible for the strategy and launch of the Energy Storage Systems and UPS products.
Janusz has got 20 years of experience in real estate management and he is a Managing Partner at Axi Immo Services Sp. z o.o. S.K., the company that operates within the Axi Immo Group, and delivers solutions with the real estate management, mostly into logistics and industrial markets which had been replaced by retail and office. He has been recently involved in Data Centre construction projects related to the side of the land identification, the land development processes including obtaining energy and other conditions as part of the permitting process.
Janusz graduated from Warsaw University of Technology. He had been a President of the Board of the Polish Association of Property Managers (PSZN) for four terms, a member of the Board of the Polish Real Estate Federation (PFRN) for three terms.Became a delegate of PFRN to the structures of CEPI (Conseil Européen des Professions Immobilieres) – the lobbying organisation of the European real estate community located in Brussels.
Became the Licensed commercial real estate Manager and managed well known properties such as: Media Markt Headquarters building, Lipiński Tenement house in Warsaw (when Reinhold was the owner), Okay Shopping Centre in Gdańsk, Ferio Gaj Shopping Centre in Wrocław, Ferio in Legnica, Marino Shopping Centre in Wrocław, Centrum Szperk in Gdynia and Wiatraki centre in Słupsk. He currently manages the Sparta production property portfolio owned by Jet Investments, the Bental GreenOak logistics property portfolio. He also is the court administrator.
He is a co-author of the books awarded by the Minister of Infrastructure entitled. Also a co-author of “Commercial Property Management” and “Retail Property Management” published by Poltex and awarded by the Polish Minister of Infrastructure.
Krzysztof Szczygiel has 20 years experience within high availability data center infrastructure. President of Polski Instytut Data Center S.A., expert in Cenelec TC 215 WG03 “Data Centre Facilities and Infrastructures” and ISO/IEC SC 39 “Sustainability, IT and data centers”.
Krzysztof works as an expert in working groups related to data center standardization for the series of standards EN 50600 since 2009 and ISO / IEC 22237 since 2017. He is also the chairman of KT 173 of the Polish Committee for Standardization.
He focuses on consulting solutions for data centers with high availability and supervising design and implementation processes in terms of compliance with standards, primarily with the EN 50600 series of standards. He is a Consultant of many private and public sector enterprises with strong emphasis on the data center projects.
A graduate from the Warsaw University of Technology at the Faculty of Electronics, of which he became a Lecturer for ten years. Has maintained the close cooperation with the Warsaw University of Technology, where he conducted a series of lectures about “Designing data centers”.
Maciej Wiśniewski is the Owner CEO of the Prime Polish Integrator AODC (Art of Data Center). He has been in the IT Infrastructure industry since 2009.
Maciej began his career in the Design Studio. After finalizing his studies at the Warsaw University of Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering, he has obtained the qualification to design electrical installations within the Electrical Engineering graduate range.
In 2009 he started working for Qumak S.A., where he was responsible for the Data Center department. He has been running AODC since 2016. AODC designs, constructs, and provides maintenance services to the largest DC facilities in Poland. So far, Maciej has completed over 150 IT projects in Poland as well as Europe.
His knowledge of Data Centers is also supported by a number of prominent certifications he holds such as Uptime Institute’s, EPI’s, as well as TUV IT’s certifications.
Małgorzata Kasperska is holding the position of Vice President of Secure Power Division at Schneider Electric and is responsible for the whole Middle Eastern Europe cluster.
In Schneider Electric since September 2017. Managed Emerson Network Power (now Vertiv) for 17 years (since December 2000) first in Poland then also in the Baltic countries and finally in CE region- 24 countries from Poland up to Israel. Robert has over 25 years of professional experience in MEP systems, concentrating purely on the data centre industry since 2011. At the beginning of his career, he worked as an employee for the project department of a company providing services in the IT industry.
Robert has managed multiple projects and teams responsible for the preparation of MEP infrastructure, including server infrastructure. His professional achievements include leading technical projects and managing numerous technical teams of several Data Centre facilities. Currently, as a technical consultant and commissioning manager, he cooperates with several companies in the IT industry. He is committed to promoting good testing practices, commissioning critical infrastructure and correct operational stability practices.
As a project team leader, he obtained the first Uptime Institute TIER III certification in Poland. In 2016 he was given the first European certificate of Rated-4 compliance under the ANSI / TIA-942 standard. Currently, Robert is involved in international projects as a commissioning manager.
Scott is responsible for managing Uptime Institute commercial relationships in EMEA. He has worked in the data center industry for over 20 years.
Based at the Uptime Institute offices in London, UK, he is responsible for managing the Uptime Institute’s commercial relations in much of Europe. He has been with Uptime Institute for the last eight years, offering customers the necessary support to excel in the design and implementation and operation of their critical IT operations. InfraPrime focuses on providing resilient and sustainability infrastructure offerings products for on premise net zero clean energy design with energy storage and hydrogen for Data Center. The decarbonization projects are Energy Resilient and embrace The Circular Economy to reuse waste heat, reduce emission, upcycle to regenerate agri and fuel, eliminate carbon to store in materials to achieve Carbon Neutrality sustainability net positive metrics.
As Data Center Advisor on the United Nations Sustainable Development GoalsEP Program, she represents the UN Sustainable Development team by engaging private sector leadership, academic researchers, and public institutions to jointly promote sustainable energy within the international Data Center sector and global verticals industry. Kass is one of the researchers for The Clean Energy For Biden (now named Clean Energy for America), her focus is to provide scientific based evidence for America to revamp Carbon Neutral infrastructure and to support the new enactment to the Paris Agreement.
Kass is honored as top 50 women leaders in San Francisco, a member of Climate 50 most influential towards a carbon free future as a Stanford Energy Fellow. Kass current lecturer at school of engineering at Stanford University and Cornell University Energy Systems Institute. She is a guest lecturer at The National University of Singapore. She works with the researchers at IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change), the Sustainability Institute at MIT, Columbia University, UCLA, UC Berkeley, SDSU, NMSU to foster research and cooperation.
Tomasz has got over 23 years of experience in HVAC Installations, with nine years within the Data Center Industry. He held several management positions as such as Data Center Maintenance, Service, Project Management and Sales.
Tomasz is also a Mechatronics Engineer, MBA graduate, Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP), and has worked for the leading companies since the very beginning of his professional career in the the HVAC industry. For over nine years, his focus has been on the Data Center market and its core disciplines within data center technologies. Today, as IT Sales Director for Rittal Poland, Tomasz leads a team of specialists skilled in areas such as Sales, Technical Proposals and Operations, who take the client throughout the entire Customer Journey and LifeCircle:the projects from the early concept, to design, installation and services.
Graduated in Electrical Engineering cum laude at the Federico II University of Naples in 1984, Umberto has been holding positions of increasing responsibility with Snam Progetti, Siemens, Atos.
He introduced the EAE brand in Italy in 1996 with its own commercial teams, until the creation in 2007 of EAE Italia, of which he is the Managing Director. Since 2020 he is also CEO of EAE Australia. Passionate cyclist, he thinks that “success is achieved by being able to see what others do not yet see”.
Wojciech is the CEO of Beyond.pl, a leading European provider of data center and cloud services.
Wojciech stared his career in KPMG Poland where he played an active role in the transformation of Polish businesses. He then went on to join Altria and later Honeywell leading several growth initiatives within both organizations in EMEA.
He then rejoined KPMG, where he opened advisory business lines in 5 cities in Poland and leveraged best practices from multiple industries to fuel business growth for KPMG’s clients. His ability to create value got him the opportunity to join Kulczyk Investments – a prominent Polish investment firm – where as Director of Portfolio Management he was responsible for traditional asset classes, taking up supervisory board roles on the multiple portfolio entities included those listed on the WSE.
Today Wojciech plays an active role as advisor and angel investor in the Polish startup ecosystem. He has recently established Deep Change Ventures which is an investment arm into early stage startups whose objectives are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and related to the eradication of hunger, poverty, and access to water and health for all.
